As a postpartum doula, I offer in-person and virtual support tailored to your family's needs. My extensive experience with newborns ensures understanding and non-judgmental assistance.  In the past three years, I have assisted over 30 families (in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens) with newborn care (feeding, sleeping, soothing), parental companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry.  Virtually, I can advise, guide and support  parents in this new or existing role.
